How to Properly Store LED Screen in High-Temperature Areas?

1. Control the storage environment temperature.

• The optimal storage temperature range for LED screen is: -10°C ~ 30°C, try not to exceed 40°C.
• If the storage temperature exceeds 40°C for a long time, these problems are likely to occur:
  • Accelerated aging of lamp beads
  • Deformation or oxidation of PCB boards due to moisture
  • Softening of glue, shedding of modules
  • Degradation or even damage of power supply performance
• Recommended measures:
  • LED display screens should be stored in air-conditioned or well-ventilated warehouses
  • If there is no air conditioning, avoid direct sunlight on the LED display screen at noon, or use sunshade cloth or heat insulation film
  • If the storage time exceeds 15 days, try to open the box and ventilate once every 7-10 days

2. Moisture and waterproof are the key to LED Screen

• High temperature is often accompanied by high humidity, especially in rainy season or tropical areas. LED modules, PCBs, power supplies and other components are afraid of moisture.
• Once exposed to moisture, they will cause:
  • Short circuit and burning of the board when lit
